Qualification

Personally recruit and code one new agent and write 8,000 ALP in one calendar month.

Expectations

Minimum 8000 ALP per month

 Actively recruit, code and add at least 1 new agent per month

 Lead by example in training

Always have at least 1 agent actively submitting business

Projected Earnings

What you earn annually with 5 agents on your team:

 1 sale per week per Agent: $83,782

 2 sales per week per Agent: $206,688

 3 sales per week per Agent: $335,232

General Agent

Qualification

Have a total of three personal recruited agents and develop one of your agents to achieve their Supervising Agent (SA) contract.

         Expectations

Minimum 8,000 ALP per month

 Actively recruit, code and add at least 1 new agent per month

Always have at least 3 agents actively submitting business

 1 sale per week per Agent: $111,526

 2 sales per week per Agent: $274,472

Master General Agent

Qualification

Have a total of five personally recruited agents, develop one of your agents to achieve their General Agent (GA) contract, and write 100k net ALP in a combined 2 month period.

 

           Expectations

 Must qualify for a bonus based on meeting your associate/VIP objective on a monthly basis

 Add/Net 1 MGA per year to your organization

Average 1 hire per week per manager

What you earn annually with 5 agents on your team:

 1 sale per week per Agent: $145,770

 2 sales per week per Agent: $367,923

 3 sales per week per Agent: $601,084

Regional General Agent

Qualification

Develop one of your agents to achieve their Master General Agent (MGA) contract.

               Expectations

 

 Must qualify for a bonus based on meeting your associate/VIP objective – OR – on Net ALP growth for the month.

 Maintain 1 to 5 Master General Agents

 Add/Net 1 Master General Agent per year to your organization

 1 sale per week per Agent: $473,960

 2 sales per week per Agent: $1,387,354

 3 sales per week per Agent: $2,364,082
